Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Honeycrisp Apple peeled & chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Pressed Apple Juice* not from concentrate
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • teeny-tiny Sprinkle of Fresh Grated Nutmeg optional

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.

*I use the Trader Joe's brand or Simply Apple.
