Ingredients

  • Small Artisan Bread Loaf I used a roasted garlic bread loaf
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 Avocado - sliced
  • Cucumber - sliced thin or cut into ribbons
  • Micro Greens
  • 4 ounces Smoked Salmon
  • 1/2 Lemon - sliced thin
  • Fresh Dill
  • Sea Salt
  • Fresh Cracked Pepper

Instructions

  • Slice bread loaf in half, lengthwise. Brush with olive oil and bake at 375°F for 5-10 minutes.
  • Top warm toasty bread with avocado, cucumbers, micro greens, smoked salmon, lemon, dill, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
