Small Artisan Bread Loaf
I used a roasted garlic bread loaf

Olive Oil
▢

Avocado - sliced
▢
Cucumber - sliced thin or cut into ribbons
▢
Micro Greens
▢

ounces
Smoked Salmon
▢
1/2
Lemon - sliced thin
▢
Fresh Dill
▢
Sea Salt
▢
Fresh Cracked Pepper
Instructions
Slice bread loaf in half, lengthwise. Brush with olive oil and bake at 375°F for 5-10 minutes.
Top warm toasty bread with avocado, cucumbers, micro greens, smoked salmon, lemon, dill, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
