Ingredients

  • Lbs Broccoli Florets
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Italian Seasoning
  • Salt/Pepper
  • -----
  • 1 Lb Peeled Deveined Shrimp
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt/Pepper
  • -----
  • Lemon Slices
  • Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF
  • Toss broccoli with oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Transfer to greased, rimmed baking sheet.
  • Roast broccoli for 15 minutes.
  • Toss shrimp with oil, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Transfer shrimp to baking sheet with par-cooked broccoli.
  • Roast for 8-10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through. (time will vary depending on the size of the shrimp)
  • Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and serve with lemon slices.
