Combine cream cheese, chopped green onion, chopped beef and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl. Stir in cheddar cheese.

Form mixture into a ball.

Place the ball in the center of serving tray then begin flattening it out until it’s about an inch and a half thick.

Place your hand on top and begin shaping the cheeseball to match your hand. Clean off any excess cheese on the board with a paper towel.

Once you have the shape you desire, place an almond at the end of each finger - for creepy fingernails.

Start covering the cheeseball in prosciutto. Make sure every inch is covered and cut off any excess around the edges.

Surround with an assortment of crackers and chips. Serve.
