Fully Cooked Store-bought Rotisserie Chicken

Celery Stalks - chopped

Thinly Sliced or Chopped Red Onion

Mayonnaise

Brown Mustard

Salt/Pepper - to taste
Instructions
Pull the chicken meat from the bones. This should get you approximately 3 cups of chicken meat.
Mix chicken, celery, onion, mayo and mustard. Stir until fully combined.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Store and refrigerate in an airtight container.

Serve in wraps, sandwiches or on a green salad. Chicken salad is also great as a snack with crackers.
