Pineapple Upside Down Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients

Butter
▢

Cup
Dole Pineapple Chunks
▢

teaspoons
Brown Sugar
▢
Small Pinch Sea Salt
▢
1/2
Cup
Vanilla Yogurt
▢
1-2
Maraschino Cherries
Instructions
Melt butter in nonstick pan over medium/high heat. Add pineapple chunks.
Cook while stirring until liquid evaporates and pineapple begins to brown. (5-7 minutes)
Add brown sugar and salt. Remove pan from heat and stir until sugar dissolves into a thick syrup.
Let cool 2-3 minutes.
Serve with yogurt and cherries.
