Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Plain Goat Cheese Log
  • 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Pecans
  • 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Dried Cranberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
  • 4 Tablespoons Honey
  • Crackers

Instructions

  • Mix pecans, cranberries and parsley then spread in an even layer on a large cutting board.
  • Roll cheese log into coating mixture. Press into any bare spots. Transfer to serving platter along with remaining coating mixture.
  • Drizzle cheese log with honey, sprinkle with sea salt and serve with crackers. (best at room temp to soften)
