Preheat oven to 375°F
Mix eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla paste. Transfer to an 8x8 dish.
Soak bread in mixture for 5-10 seconds on each side.
Transfer to a large buttered baking sheet.
Allow bread to sit 5-10 minutes. (Allow to sit longer if you prefer a more saturated french toast)
Bake for 18 minutes. Flip slices after 9 minutes. *Do Not Forget*
While french toast is baking; mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla paste and cream.
Top baked french toast with a dollop of mascarpone, fresh strawberries, powdered sugar and maple syrup.
