Preheat oven to 375ºF.
Lay one pastry sheet out flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread nutella on top, keeping it in the center, as shown in photos.
Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts then lay the second pastry sheet on top. Smooth out and press down lightly.
Lay a large bowl on top of the pastry. Cut around it to create a large circle.
Place a glass or small bowl in the middle of the circle, so you have a center point. Using a knife cut from the rim of your glass to the edge of the pastry. Once at the top, the bottom, and each side, creating four slices, as shown.
Cut each slice in half, and then again, in half once more.
Grab two slices at the ends, and twist AWAY from each other (one full turn). Then bring the ends together and pinch shut.
Bake at 375ºF for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.
Sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Add cranberries and rosemary to garnish.
