All Purpose Flour

Baking Powder

teaspoon
Salt
▢

Ground Cinnamon
▢
1/4
Cup
Sugar
▢
1
Large Egg
▢
1/2
Cup
Silk Cashewmilk
Glaze
▢
1
Cup
Powdered Sugar
▢
2-3
Tablespoons
Silk Cashewmilk
to desired consistency

Drop Purple Gel Color
▢
Gold & Green Sugar Sprinkles
Instructions
Donuts
Preheat oven to 325°F
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
Mix egg, sugar and cashewmilk.
Slowly mix in dry ingredients.
Transfer batter to donut pan sprayed with nonstick.
Bake for 12-13 minutes.
Transfer donuts to cooling rack.
Glaze
Mix powdered sugar, cashewmilk and food coloring until smooth.
Dip cooled donuts into glaze and return to rack.
While glaze is still wet; hold piece of foil over half of donut while sprinkling colored sugar on the other half.
Refrigerate donuts for 5-10 minutes to allow glaze to set.
