Ingredients

  • 3 5oz Cans Albacore Tuna - drained
  • 1 English Cucumber - sliced and quartered
  • 8 ounces Grape Tomatoes - halved
  • Handful Fresh Parsley - chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime or Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Freeze Dried Dill or Fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Pinch Salt/Pepper

Instructions

  • Combine tuna, tomatoes, cucumbers and parsley.
  • Whisk oil, lime juice, dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper until emulsified.
  • Toss tuna ingredients with dressing until evenly coated. Salt and pepper to taste.
