Ingredients

  • 4 Cod Fillets
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Garlic Cloves - grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Handful Fresh Parsley - chopped
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF
  • Grease a 2 quart roasting dish.
  • Place cod fillets in roasting dish.
  • Melt butter. Mix in garlic, lemon, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Spoon mixture over cod fillets.
  • Bake cod 12-14 minutes or until flaky and cooked through. (check at 10 minutes for thin fillets)
