Leftover Cranberry Turkey Sandwich

This Leftover Turkey Sandwich with Cranberry is the day after Thanksgiving on a plate. A Thanksgiving Sandwich made simply with nutty bread, herbed mayo, leftover cranberry sauce, lettuce, cheese and of course thick cuts of leftover turkey.

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Nutty Bread
  • 3 Tablespoons Mayonaise
  • Pinch Poultry Seasoning
  • Salt/Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives
  • Green Leaf Lettuce
  • 1/2 Lb Sliced Leftover Turkey
  • 1/4 Cup Cranberry Sauce

Instructions

  • Mix mayo, poultry season, chives, salt and pepper.

  • Spread mayo onto two slices of nutty bread.
  • Top one bread slice with cheese, lettuce, turkey and cranberry sauce. Place second slice on top.
