Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Ground Beef
  • 14 ounce bag Tri Colored Coleslaw Blend
  • 1 Garlic Clove - grated
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha Chili Paste OR Grated Ginger*
  • Sliced Green Onions
  • Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  • Cook ground beef in large pot over medium heat until almost browned. Drain if needed.
  • Add coleslaw blend and garlic. Cook 3-5 minutes to wilt cabbage.
  • Add the soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger. Cook 3-5 more minutes.
  • Top with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

*Use whichever spicy ingredient you prefer or leave it off entirely. I like ginger or chili paste.
