Taking plain chicken salad up a notch with this Jamaican Jerk Chicken Salad Recipe! Roasted red peppers, Jamaican jerk seasoning and the usual chicken salad suspects make this an easy, flavorful meal. This recipe is Whole30, Paleo, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Keto.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, (cooked & chopped)
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Celery Stalks (chopped or sliced)
  • 2 Fire Roasted Red Peppers (chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Jamaican Jerk Seasoning*
  • Salt/Pepper To Taste (if needed)

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

Notes
