Ingredients

  • 1 Large French Bread Loaf
  • 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter - softened
  • 5 Garlic Cloves - grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Pinch Salt/Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF
  • Slice bread loaf in half, lengthwise. Place bread on greased baking sheet.
  • Mix butter, garlic, Italian season, salt, pepper and parsley. Spread mixture evenly over bread. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes then broil on high 2-3 minutes. (If you prefer softer garlic bread, wrap in foil)
  • Slice and serve.
