Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Course Grain Mustard
  • 2 Garlic Cloves - grated
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy Paste
  • 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Pinch Salt/Pepper
  • 3-4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  • In food processor blend mayo, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and anchovy paste until smooth.
  • Add parmesan, salt and pepper. Pulse to blend.
  • Stream in olive oil while processing. Add as much as needed to achieve desired consistency.
