Homemade Baked Tortilla Chips
You’ll never want store bought chips again once you make these Homemade Baked Tortilla Chips. Flour tortillas tossed with oil and salt then oven baked to crispy perfection for a healthier Mexican food option.
Place tortilla triangles into large bowl. Drizzle oil over tortillas, toss to coat. Add more oil if needed, tortilla triangles should be generously coated with oil.
Transfer tortilla chips to greased rimmed baking sheet. Arrange in an even layer.
Bake for 4-6 minutes, keep a close eye and remove from oven once lightly golden brown. Let chips cool 1 minute then sprinkle with salt.
