Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Frozen Corn
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste
  • 3-4 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  • Heat large skillet over medium/high heat. Add frozen corn and butter to pan. Pan fry for 5 minutes, stir frequently.
  • Add salt, pepper, thyme and parsley. Stir and cook 1 more minute. Serve.
