Ham and Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls like King’s Hawaiian
  • 2 Lbs Leftover Ham or Deli Ham
  • 5-6 Slices Swiss and/or Colby-jack
  • 1/4 Cup Stone Ground Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half then arrange bottoms in 2 quart casserole dish sprayed with nonstick.
  • Mix mustard and honey then spread onto rolls.
  • Layer sliced ham and cheese slices. Add extra if you prefer super meaty-cheesy sandwiches.
  • Place tops of rolls on top.
  • Mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over the tops of the sliders.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melty.
  • Top with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

If you don't want a slightly sweet mustard spread, omit the honey.
