Ingredients

Plain Greek Yogurt

Fresh or Frozen Pineapple*

Ruby Red Grapefruit- Juiced
approx 2/3 cup

Kale - ribs and stems removed
approx 3-4 kale leaves
Instructions
Puree all ingredients together in a blender.
I blend my green smoothies for a good 2-3 minutes so that the kale is pureed as much as possible.
Serve Immediately.
