FRIED CABBAGE RECIPE

This Fried Cabbage Recipe is an easy and filling low carb side dish recipe. Perfectly fried cabbage with bacon is the best way to prepare cabbage.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Bacon - chopped
  • 1 Large Head Green Cabbage - core removed chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • Salt/Pepper

Instructions

  • Cook bacon in large pan over medium/high heat until crisp. Remove from pan and set aside. Leave 4 Tablespoons bacon grease in pan, remove any excess.
  • Add cabbage, garlic powder, paprika and pepper to pan and cook in bacon grease for 10 minutes, stirring a few times.
  • Return bacon to pan. Cook 1 more minute. Salt to taste.
