Roasted Grapes
Preheat oven to 400°
Combine all roasted grape ingredients, toss until evenly coated.
Transfer to a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes. Stir once or twice during cooking time.
Let cool for 10 minutes.
Sandwiches
Heat large skillet just below medium heat.
Slice the cheese.
Generously butter the outside of the bread slices.
Lay three bread slices on skillet, butter side down.
Layer the cheese, grapes and more cheese on each slice of bread.
Top with slices of bread, butter side up.
Heat until bread is golden brown (about 1-2 minutes). Carefully flip and brown the other side.
Remove from skillet and serve immediately.
