Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 Tb Sugar
  • 2 Tb Brown Sugar
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Eggnog
  • 1 cup Half & Half
  • Sprinkle of Fresh Grated Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Mix the ingredients and process in your ice cream maker.

Notes

If you do not have whole nutmeg, feel free to omit or to use ground nutmeg. Ground nutmeg may affect the color of the ice cream. This recipe makes approximately 1 pint of ice cream.
