Ingredients

  • 1 Can Whole Peeled Tomatoes - tomatoes only 28oz, not the juice
  • 1 Can Mild Diced Green Chiles 4oz
  • 2 Garlic Cloves - chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Red Onion
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

  • Pulse all ingredients in food processor until desired consistency
  • Refrigerate in an airtight container. Use within a week.
