Curry Chicken Salad Recipe
For a nutritious lunch idea, this Curry Chicken Salad Recipe is quick, easy and healthy. This chicken salad is Keto-friendly, low carb and Whole 30. Plus it is absolutely delicious and perfect for meal planning!
Prepare chicken if necessary (see below). For a short cut I use store bought cooked chicken.
Combined all ingredients in large bowl then mix.
Start with the lower amount of mayo and curry paste then adjust to your preferences.
Serve over rice, salad, on a sandwich, in a wrap or alone.

Ways To Prep Chicken For Chicken Salad:Grilled Chicken, Oven Baked Chicken, Air Fryer Chicken Breast, Poached Chicken, Roast Chicken, Pressure Cooker Chicken or even a store bought Rotisserie Chicken. I buy the pre-cooked, pre-pulled rotisserie chicken from Costco.
