Ingredients

  • Pink Strawberry Icing
  • Pink Sprinkles
  • 3 scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 can or bottle of Big Red or any red soda
  • Mini Swirl Strawberry Shortcake Cones
  • Pink Rock Candy
  • 3 Maraschino Cherries

Instructions

  • Start by dipping the rim of your glass into your strawberry icing, or spread it around the rim with a knife.
  • Coat the icing in sprinkles.
  • Place your ice cream and cherries in the glass.
  • Cut a small tip off the end of your ice cream cone. Cut a skewer down to size, to stand a little taller than your glass.
  • Run the blunt end of the skewer through the bottom of the cone, about half way. Set down in the glass.
  • You can leave your rock candy out and use it as a stir, or place it down in the glass as well.
  • Fill the glass to the rim with big red.
  • Serve and enjoy!
