CREAMY MUSTARD VINAIGRETTE

This Creamy Mustard Vinaigrette is super easy to prepare and tastes great on just about any salad. Tangy mustard and vinegar balanced with creamy mayo and honey for a tasty dressing.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Stone-Ground Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 Shallot minced
  • ½ Lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste

Instructions

  • Whisk together all of the ingredients (except for the olive oil).
  • Gradually add in the olive oil and whisk until smooth.
  • Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.

Notes

This recipe makes approximately 1/3 cup of dressing, enough for 2-4 salads depending on size.
