This Creamy Hummus Bagel Spread Recipe brings a new twist to breakfast while replacing some of the cream cheese with high protein chickpeas! Top with Everything Bagel seasoning blend for the ultimate bagel flavor experience!

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces Low Sodium Garbanzo Beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Everything Bagel Spice Blend (for topping)
  • Olive Oil (for topping)

Instructions

  • In blender or food processor, process garbanzo beans, cream cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, tahini and salt until creamy and smooth.
  • Transfer to serving dish. Top with everything bagel spice and olive oil. Serve with crackers, vegetables and/or bagels.
