Preheat oven to 350ºF
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper in blender.
Blend on high, just until smooth. Do not over blend it.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray it well with cooking spray.
Pour batter on top. Smooth out evenly with rolling pin. Try not to make it too thin.
Bake for approximately 35 minutes, or until edges are golden and center baked through. Do not over bake, it will burn and become dry and fall apart.
Let your wrap cool completely and lay out flat. Top with your favorite wrap ingredients. I used grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, and sweet chili sauce.
Fold over, or roll up gently.
