Preheat oven to 400ºF
Slice corn cobs into fourths, long ways.
Combine olive oil, garlic powder, tajin, smoked paprika, and oregano in a bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Brush mixture onto each slice of corn.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Or grill until browned.
Mix mayo and sriracha until well combined.
Top corn with blue cheese crumbles and cilantro.
Serve with spicy mayo dip.
