Ingredients

ground pork
▢

teaspoon
sugar
▢

teaspoon
garlic salt
▢

cup
BBQ sauce
▢
Dill pickle slices
▢
White onion
sliced thin
▢
4
sub buns
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine the ground pork with sugar and garlic salt. Form 4 equal oval shaped patties.
Cook the pork patties in a large skillet over medium heat or 4-5 minutes per side - internal temperature of 160 degrees.
Once cooked through transfer patties to a lined baking sheet.
Brush patties generously with bbq sauce.
Broil patties on high for 3-5 minutes. You just want to the BBQ sauce to start to caramelize.
Place a patty on each bun. Add pickle slices and onion slices. Serve.
