In a large mixing bowl, mix together the whipped topping and blue food coloring until you achieve your desired shade of blue.

Unwrap and line 12 of the ice cream sandwiches into the bottom of a 9x13 pan (you may need to slice one or two sandwiches to fit all into the pan) .

Spread half of the blue whipped cream topping over the ice cream sandwich layer.

Sprinkle half of the chopped cookies and Oreos over the top of the whipped cream layer.

Repeat the same steps with the remaining ingredients.

Cover the dish loosely with foil and place into your freezer for 3-4 hours before serving.

Slice in squares to serve.
