Ingredients

  • 8 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise + more to preference
  • 1 teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Parsley

Instructions

  • Hard boil the eggs using your preferred method. Here is the method I use: How To Make Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Cool then peel eggs. Slice each egg in half, lengthwise.
    Transfer yolks to small bowl.
  • Mash yolks into fine crumbles using a fork. Add mayo, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add more mayo 1 Tb at a time to reach desired consistency.
  • Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.

Notes

*I boil 8 eggs to make 12 deviled eggs because I usually massacre at least 1 egg white during the peeling process, sometimes 2*
