CLASSIC DEVILED EGGS RECIPE
Make this Classic Deviled Eggs Recipe quick and easy. No fuss, no frills just easy deviled eggs for a simple Low Carb Keto Friendly snack or appetizer.
Cool then peel eggs. Slice each egg in half, lengthwise. Transfer yolks to small bowl.
Mash yolks into fine crumbles using a fork. Add mayo, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add more mayo 1 Tb at a time to reach desired consistency.
Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.

*I boil 8 eggs to make 12 deviled eggs because I usually massacre at least 1 egg white during the peeling process, sometimes 2*
