In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ¼ cup parsley, and 1 tablespoon rosemary. Mix until smooth.
Scrape the cheese mixture into the center of a serving platter or cake stand. Shape it into a tree-like cone.
Decorate the tree with remaining chopped parsley, rosemary, pecans, peanuts, green olives, and pomegranate arils.
Serve immediately with crackers or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
This cheese ball Christmas tree can be made up to 2 days in advance. Wrap the tree in plastic wrap and store it in the fridge. Garnish the tree just before serving.
