Ingredients

Donuts

  • 3/4 Cup AP Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Ripe Banana - mashed
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter - softened
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tablespoon Whole Milk

Glaze

  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Dutch Process Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Whole Milk

Instructions

Donuts

  • Preheat oven to 325°F
  • Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • Using hand mixer; combine butter, sugar and banana.
  • Add egg, vanilla and milk.
  • Mix in dry ingredients.
  • Divide batter between 6 standard donut molds that have been sprayed with nonstick.
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes.
  • Transfer to rack and allow to cool completely before glazing.

Glaze

  • Mix all glaze ingredients until smooth.
  • Dip each donut into glaze. Allow glaze to set then serve.
  • Store donuts in refrigerator.
