Cinnamon

Ripe Banana - mashed
▢

Cup
Brown Sugar

Tablespoon
Butter - softened

Large Egg
▢

Vanilla Extract

Tablespoon
Whole Milk
Glaze
▢
1/2
Cup
Powdered Sugar
▢

Tablespoons
Dutch Process Cocoa Powder

Tablespoon
+ 1 teaspoon Whole Milk
Instructions
Donuts
Preheat oven to 325°F
Mix flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
Using hand mixer; combine butter, sugar and banana.
Add egg, vanilla and milk.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Divide batter between 6 standard donut molds that have been sprayed with nonstick.
Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Transfer to rack and allow to cool completely before glazing.
Glaze
Mix all glaze ingredients until smooth.
Dip each donut into glaze. Allow glaze to set then serve.
Store donuts in refrigerator.
