Chili Lime Salmon Oven Baked

This Chili Lime Salmon is another quick, easy and flavorful salmon recipe that is perfect for weeknight dinner. Just a few simple ingredients, about 20 minutes and dinner is ready!

Ingredients

  • 2 Lb. Salmon Fillet
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste
  • 1-2 Limes - sliced thin

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF
  • Place salmon on rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Coat salmon with oil and a pinch of salt.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • While salmon is baking, mix lemon honey, lime juice, chili sauce, salt and pepper.
  • After salmon has been baking for 10 minutes, spoon chili lime mixture over the salmon and top with thinly sliced limes.
  • Broil on high for 5-6 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
