In a skillet over medium high heat, brown and crumble ground beef.
Drain grease then return meat to pan.
Add water and taco seasoning.
Stir to combine and let simmer 5 minutes over medium heat.
Meanwhile warm up your crunchy taco shells either in the oven at 350 for 5-8 minutes or in the air fryer for 4 minutes.
When the meat and crunchy shells are ready it is time to assemble.
On a microwave safe plate place a flat bread round, sprinkle evenly with cheese.
Microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
Immediately place a crunchy shell onto cheesy flat bread and gently fold over.
Repeat with the other taco shells and flat breads.
Fill each prepped shell with meat, spicy ranch dressing, more cheese, lettuce and tomato!
