Prevent your screen from going to sleep
Cook the pasta according to package instructions (slightly al dente). Allow to cool.
Combine pasta, tomatoes, onion, basil, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella pearls in a large salad bowl.
Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic powder. Pour over pasta salad then toss until evenly coated.
Season to taste.
Serve cold. (You can let the salad sit in the fridge for 1 hour before serving, this will allow the flavors to develop)
