Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • cup dry oats rolled or quick oats work
  • ½ cup milk*
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional - 1 tablespoon sweetener honey, maple syrup or sugar

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour the blended smoothie into glass, enjoy!

Notes

*Any milk can be used, whole milk will make for a creamier smoothie. Vegan milks work well too.
