Blended Pumpkin Spice Coffee - dairy free, vegan

Fall Mornings . . . Love! When I don't feel like curling up with a hot mug of coffee, I make this Blended Pumpkin Spice Coffee. Coffee ice cubes, blended with Fall flavors!

Ingredients

  • 16 Frozen Coffee Cubes 1½ cups strong coffee
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweetener of Choice*
  • 3 Tablespoons Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1-1½ Cups Silk Vanilla Almondmilk to desired consistency
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients to a slushy consistency.

Notes

*I use brown sugar or a stevia sweetener (like Truvia) depending on my mood.
Yields 3 Cups
