Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Silk Unsweetened CoconutMilk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Mix ingredients together until thick batter forms.
  • Gently knead dough on a lightly floured surface until it comes together. Flatten or roll out until approximately 3/4 inch thick.
  • Use cutter or cup to cut out the 3″ diameter circles.
  • Transfer biscuits to baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
