Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
Lightly spray 9x13 baking sheet and a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients together for the big mac sauce. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well.
Press beef mixture onto the baking sheet, making a flat rectangle. Bake for 12-14 min or until beef is cooked through.
Cut Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise. Add the bottom portion of the rolls into your 9x13 baking dish.
Spread the big mac sauce evenly onto the bottom of the rolls.
Add a layer of the shredded lettuce on top of the sauce.*
Place the entire cooked hamburger patty on top of the lettuce layer.
Add the American cheese slices on top of the burger.
Place the pickle chips on top of the cheese.
Add the top portion of the rolls on top.
Coat the tops of the buns with the melted butter and sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
Cover the baking dish with foil and cook for an additional 10 minutes in the oven to melt the cheese.
Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
*If you do not prefer the lettuce to be heated, add lettuce on top of pickles after removing sliders from oven.
