Ingredients

  • Cooked Chicken - chopped/shredded approx 3 cups
  • 3 Celery Stalks - chopped/sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion
  • 1 Small Red Pepper - seeded chopped
  • 1/2-3/4 Cup Mayonnaise to preference
  • 5-6 Tablespoons Bbq Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Mustard
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste
  • Fresh Chopped Parsley

Instructions

  • Pull the chicken meat from the bones or chop chicken breasts to get approximately 3 cups of chicken meat.
    Mix all ingredients and stir until fully combined.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Store and refrigerate in an airtight container.
