Baked Salmon Asparagus Sheet Pan Dinner
Weeknight dinner does not have to be boring or plain. This Baked Salmon Asparagus Sheet Pan Dinner is a quick, easy, nutritious meal that is great for weeknights or weekends.
This recipe is Paleo friendly, gluten free, grain free and dairy free.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF
Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon and asparagus in an even layer on prepped baking sheet.
Mix maple syrup, whole grain mustard, yellow mustard, olive oil, horseradish, salt and pepper. Drizzle mixture over salmon and asparagus. Toss to coat.
Bake for 13-15 minutes then broil on high for 2-3 minutes to give the top a slight crust. Check the thickest part of the fish with a fork. Once the thickest portion is flaking, remove from oven and serve.
