Olive Oil

Salt/Pepper - to taste

Fresh Chopped Dill
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ºF
Generously salt salmon fillet. Transfer to greased rimmed baking sheet.
Whisk lemon juice, zest, oil, salt and pepper until fully incorporated.
Pour mixture over salmon then top salmon with sliced lemons.
Bake for 15 minutes then broil on high 2-3 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
Sprinkle with dill and serve.
