BAKED LEMON SALMON RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 2 Lb Salmon Fillet
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste
  • Fresh Chopped Dill

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF
  • Generously salt salmon fillet. Transfer to greased rimmed baking sheet.
  • Whisk lemon juice, zest, oil, salt and pepper until fully incorporated.
  • Pour mixture over salmon then top salmon with sliced lemons.
  • Bake for 15 minutes then broil on high 2-3 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  • Sprinkle with dill and serve.
