Ingredients

  • 2 Lbs Chicken Breast or thighs - cooked, chopped
  • 5 Slices Bacon - cooked chopped
  • 2 Celery Ribs - sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • Handful Fresh Parsley - chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh or Freeze Dried Dill
  • 2-3 teaspoons Dry Ranch Seasoning to preference
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice optional
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste

Instructions

  • Cook chicken using preferred method. I poach the chicken (simmer in water 15-20 minutes). Chop and set aside.
  • Prep bacon.
  • Combine all ingredients. Mix until fully combined.
  • Serve cold on bread, tortillas or a salad.
