ACAI BOWL RECIPE

This Easy Acai Bowl Recipe is a nutritious breakfast or snack idea. Frozen açaí berry puree, berries, mango, almond milk and maple syrup make this outrageously delicious vegan treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 packets frozen acai berry puree 200g
  • 1 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into blender.
  • Blend until smooth. ( you will need the stir it one time or 2 to combine all the ingredients.
  • Top with fruit, berries, seeds, coconut, etc.
