Bag Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium, microwave-safe mixing bowl.
Microwave for 2 minutes or until the chocolate chips turn smooth when stirred.
Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread even, tapping the pan on the counter to flatten.
Place in the fridge for 4 hours or until set.
Using a sharp knife, slice the fudge into 1-inch pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Don’t overcook your chocolate and milk.
Store fudge in a sealed container in the fridge or cool, dry spot for up to 1 week.
