Mexican Shrimp Cocktail Recipe
KEY INGREDIENTS
Jumbo Shrimp
Avocados
Onion
Celery
Tomato Juice
Limes
Cilantro
Garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the shrimp then cut into bitesize chunks. In a large bowl combine the shrimp with celery, jalapeño, cucumber, avocado, cilantro & onion.
In a separate bowl combine lime juice, orange juice, tomato juice, tomato sauce, garlic, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour into shrimp mixture and stir.
Chill for 1+ hour then garnish with lime & cilantro before serving.
SERVE
